Your evidence to support your claim: You can see he clearly was baiting us to shoot at him when he ran right into us for no reason when he could've gone around us. I pulled out a gun because I was ran over and knocked out for a little bit. It's kinda pathetic that he had to run into us to get a reaction and then to be able to run into us for no reason upon him deciding he would like to player bait us into aiming guns or even shooting him.

After reviewing the provided evidence, I agree, yes this situation could have been avoided and was entirely done to get a reaction and to have an excuse to vdm. I found the accussed player to have broken the following rules:

Player Baiting - Intentionally doing this to get a reaction

FailRP - Actions are not realistic at all

VDM - Intentionally running over person(s) for no good reason

As a result, the offending player will receive a two day vehicle blacklist.
