Request Reason: RDM, he went up to me and just randomly stabbed me as I was about to start making cocaine, I had a conversation with him within PM's asking him Why he RDM'd me he claimed that I raided him even though it was my friend. later after he started taunting me saying he depo'd everything and dc'd from the server after I said he was going to be reported.

For the First One, I did not indeed raid him at all during that day I haven't raided anyone at all, I understand the rest of the stuff in the first things he said. My friend Soba/Ryan Durocher raided you by himself, I can ask him If he is on today if he had any clips of the raid to prove I was not there, But I think you could check for past logs maybe showing that I did not participate in any raids at all. For the Second One, I did not PM him at all to be completely Honest, you were the only one inside of the bank at the time and he heard the machete and asked if I was okay on the radio. He could of either assumed it was you that stabbed me because you have killed people like that in the past in our org as well as seeing you were the only one inside of the bank at the time. Or he could Of saw the Machete equipped and Knew it was you instantly.

I think that this Situation was a Misunderstanding As I never raided him at all, I mainly just wanted my Items back as I asked him in game for them instead of making this Report before to tell him That I never raided him, also to add on what I said above. My friend claimed that he killed him which could technically be Revenge RDM seeing as if I was really the one that raided him which I wasn't he came back to kill me after dying.

After further review I find the player to be in violation of the rules listed below:

• RDM - Random Deathmatch - The process of killing people without valid In-Character reasons.

The player that you raided did not raid you, nor did he message his friend to kill you. All the items that you have gained will be removed from your inventory and you will receive 3 day ban. You have a really extensive history.
