What happened: Got RDM'd in gun shop by a alt account user who ended up being banned from my report.

What do you need refunded: P99 w/ X2-LAM attachment, $323 hospital bill.

I can confirm the above player was blatantly rdm'd by an alt who is now banned. The alt took the p99 with him on his way out, and while the video doesn't show the exact attachment, it does show that the pistol did in fact have one.
