As far as I can tell the player in question lacks a forum account. Regardless, they have 24 hours to contact me (either in this thread or through discord private messages) with their side of the story or this may be handled without their input.

I don't see any justification for the kill, and thus have to assume it was simply a blatant RDM. The reported player will receive a 3 Day Weapons Blacklist.
