What happened: I had just raided a coke base at townhouses and reconected after my combat timer was off. I was afk for a while and came to found out I was rdmed by the mayor at city hall b/c "my phone wouldn't stop ringing" while I was afk. @The_Ghost looked thru my item/container logs and found that my items were never looted, so he came to the conclusion that the body bag must have despawned with all the items.
