When did the situation occur?: about 12:08 am CST, March 15th, 2019 (time could be off by an hour because my computer failed to update during daylight saving)
Your evidence to support your claim: The first video clip (

) is what's being used by Boris and his org members as validation for the rdm (

) the claim was: "he threatened the life of Boris at gunpoint saying he was going to kill him, Boris had a right to defend himself." If you can't hear it well someone accused Boris of stealing crops, Clifv in defense of his property told Boris to "back off", I never heard a threat on Boris's life even after watching the video multiple times. Boris took that as an opportunity to kill Me, Clivf, and Alex (Alex death came after mine, I didn't add it in because it wasn't shown, there was only the sound of him dying) This as an equivalent to being in the bank vault and killing the cop that made you leave the vault, from outside of the bank. I'd also like to add Boris left the area just to shoot from a different location. They also tried to protect the identity of Boris prior to the shooting or the order to leave which leads to speculation that all GS9 members on sight knew Boris was looking for a reason to kill and the rest were distracting.

[4.2] Criminal Raiding Rules
8. Killing during raids should be carried out sensibly. If there is a legitimate threat on the property of which you are raiding, it is reasonable to enter with the intent to kill. For example, if anyone at the targeted property has a weapon equipped, the base as a whole constitutes a legitimate threat and you may kill everyone that has not visibly surrendered inside it.

Similar to what Boris stated above, from looking at the video it looks like he is raiding the property (Mel's Diner) and due to you and Cliff both having weapons equipped while being on the property and not being visibly surrendered he was able to kill you. If you did not have the weapon equipped and posed no threat or had your hands up then the kill would be invalid. But because you equipped the Deagle and showed it he was able to kill you.
