Your car was involved in several shootings during that time, many police officers were saying you had class 3's in the car and when you stop on the side of the vehicle I was thinking you were gonna hop out and shoot. After I shot your org shoot at me as well.

Your a cop you dont just shoot a guy because they are driving a code red car i had no idea what you where doing or what was going on and i get pulled over so i stop to see why and i get shot in the head with no words said.

When we were on patrol someone on the radio called out that someone had guns equipped and that they were code red so I shot you out the car and tried to CPR you but your org came and started another Shootout

After further review I find that @Memo was in the violation of the rule:

Player versus player 2.2.4 - Attacking to kill should be carried out sensibly and not as a first resort, unless you have a good reason for immediate lethal action.

And as for the punishment the person will be given a 3 day police blacklist.
