Request Reason: He rdmed me, I was pulling them over for tinted windows. I called out over PD radio that I was pulling the car over at casino and he just got and shot me up.

In your own video you showed yourself rapidly changing seats to avoid being killed which is failrp. You cut out the part where you also pulled us over 5 seconds before that and called us out aswell. We just finished raiding pent in which you died and so did 3 officers. Our car was wanted and you called out where we were which means we can kill you.

I pulled u over before and asked u if you knew where Jack Davis was or if he was in ur car as someone called out a bolo, I then realised u had tinted windows so i was gonna pull u over and ticket you. The switching seats was my bad just did it in a panic. U just shooting me was not valid tho.

That rule doesent apply to this situation because you involved yourself back in the situation you died in by calling us out. To avoid being taken to another shootout with cops we had to kill you.

No one knew about ur car, i was looking for jack and so I checked with u since someone asked me to, then i realised u have tinted windows, the rule defo applies. Lets leave this to staff now. No new input can be added imo

Then why were we called out at hospital? Plus jack was on our frequency and he was wanted at the time we just werent with him that second. You called out our car and where we were after getting in a shootout not 5 minutes before. Lying in a player report isnt a good look.

Knowingly or not you called out our car which was wanted at the time and you kept following us. Might’ve been a misunderstanding by you but not rdm on my part

After careful deliberation I've come to the following conclusion.

@Jordan Oliver While I can honestly understand your actions, I would qualify this as an RDM. I can see from your perspective how it may have looked like he had received call out of your car, the fact of the matter is that he didn't. In the future you can and should wait even a little bit just to be sure he didn't just forget something with the initial pull over (like for example, tinted windows). Given the circumstances however, I feel a Verbal Warning should be sufficient. Please be more careful in the future.
