We got a report of a individual firing from the mayor's office, by the time we reached it we saw him shooting a civilian in a wheelchair, that's where the video begins, after being killed in the mayor's office he proceeded to break NLR and RDM whoever was involved before that.

Me & @Marwan did not witness the situation unfold, however, we did claim a ticket regarding the situation but the reported player had already left the server by time the report was dealt with.

AFter reviewing the evidence I have come to the following conclusion

Player @JusJake Broke NLR and RDM/ARDMed the people who he interacted with in his previous life.

As such he will receive a 2 day weapon blacklist for the reason(s) stated before.
