@Major Lorne(Pmx) also aren't you not allowed to rob near an NPC he was in sight of the npc and also they don't know if that was him in the house as the door was closed and could not see his face and as being in front of the npc they can not rob or kill him. Right ?

Alright, So what happened was I walked over, I began to lockpick the door from the inside about 5 minutes earlier, once i open the door he automatically closes it, so I walk around the other side with my friend in which to lockpick from the other side, but he kept coming out. We were then going to attempt to mug him and open the door with his keys. But he started to walk away at gun point so thats when i ran over and finished him, we then lockpicked his house, with everything gone even though he didnt go or store anything. Im not sure if he logged or what happened. I do agree it was a shady situation because of the location of the raid.

Also @ 1:52 of the video he put a camera through the door, is this allowed.

Then at 4:24, when he sees the the zip ties he on purposely walks towards into the npc sight. Thats when i came in to end him before he got into the npc sight he may have been a few inches close but he shouldn't have FEAR RP and FAILRP or i wouldnt had have to kill him next to the npc.

Hello,
This player report has been accepted due to the following reasons:

• The evidence provided also show no signs of lockpicks being used or whatsoever at least as far as I can see, as saw the video carefully and didnt see Alex V successfully lockpicking any of the doors at anytime, like he stated he did.
• Additionally this is considered to be RDM as the player was unarmed. You are not allowed to take matters into your own hands;
• FInally the reported player admitted to have tried to mug the report author, along with the other player that shows up on the video. This means they attempted to mug the author in front of an NPC, which is NOT allowed under any circunstances.

You may not mug or kidnap in (crowded) public places or near any NPCs, criminal or regular - you must do it in less populated and less exposed areas. This may not be in front of an NPC and/or governmental buildings such as the Police Department, Hospital, Fire Department and City Hall.

You cannot RDM another player.

The staff is here for a reason. Do not take matters into your own hands. Their decisions are final. Do not disrespect or test their patience: take it to the appropriate forum board if required.

On another perspective, the report author also breached three rules:

You may only place cameras on your own property/base.

Cameras can not be put in unrealistic places. Everything you are not able to reach on your own is automatically unrealistic. This includes, but is not limited to, attaching your camera to a large rock wall or flying above your house observing the whole base.

Metagaming: You said you heard the reported player to equip a SCAR-H. How did you know it was him and how did you know it was that specific weapon? If you saw him do it, you could know it but you were not seeing him at anypoint so you should just have said that you heard someone equipping a weapon.

Additionally, regarding the gunpoint situation, I see in the video you/your friend were aiming a weapon at him. When you did that, the distance between you and him was big enough to allow him to run. After that, your friend approached him and he did nothing nor was your friend holding a weapon at that moment as far as the video is concerned. Finally we can see you approach him and kill him, taking the matter into your own hands.

Therefore your punishments will be the following:

• The report author will be given 3 warning points in game, 1 for each one of the rules he broke;
• Alex V will be banned for 1 week for RDM (not the first time he is punished for this), attempt to mug someone near an NPC, taking the matter into his own hands.
