The reported player has been permanently banned for being an alternate account of a banned user.

In regards to what happened in your video, you should had not been killed. Since you were unarmed at the time and you were not a direct threat to them, that is not a valid reason to shoot at you. The reported player should had asked you to leave the bank instead of shooting at you (alongside with their friend). In future for if you are being shot at, make sure to flee away to value your life - nevertheless, they shouldn't had engaged in shooting at you in the first place.
