I can verify this, he was RDM'd as mayor with these items on his person. The person that RDM'd him was dealt with in-game but someone else minge-grabbed the items and disconnected. I've banned that person instructing them to make an appeal to organize the return of the rule-break items. So no rewards are given to rule breakers and items won't be duplicated. In the meantime zachary can get his items refunded.
