I can confirm @king_off lost these items:

What happened: @king_off was directly looking at the officer that ran up to him and tasered him, even firing shots at him. As the rule states, you are allowed to taser if the player is not directly looking at you. In this case, he was combat tased while the officer was being shot and aimed at during the situation.
