What happened:i robbed the bank and the game started to lag and then it just crashed when i exit my car which made me leave the game so i didnt get my bag back or the small and large stack that was in the bag

What do you need refunded:either the money which was a small stack and a large stack or the bag

Essentially we do not refund for issues that relate to problems caused by you alone, if there is a staff member that can vouch for you that the server was unbearably laggy causing you to specifically lose your times you must tag them. You do not have valid evidence to back up your claims.
