Refund request after RDM

What happened: I got raided by a dude, i called it in in the org chat, and he responded for some weird reason. I unlocked the door, cuz we thought we were the same org. He then didn't initiate, and then he shot me and stole my gear. I had a admin who told me this was rdm, and that i'd most likely would get my stuff and money returned, but the guy had left the server.

What do you need refunded: one mini fridge (i paid 19k) + 32 + 32 + 18 + 11 LSD + a burner

here i talk to the admin who says its RDM, and he told me to go make a request, since the guy who rdm'ed me left the server.

I can confirm that this was indeed a RDM

Denied. While this incident was absolutely RDM, you would have lost the items in a raid either way. I see no reason to return the items when the rulebreak was not the direct cause of the loss of items.
