What happened: I bought the mask thinking I could hide my name/make a nickname with it as it does cover your entire head.

I'm going to stay on topic here but I will say I don't have ANY say in your refund request nor did I ever claim to, I was just letting you know that you were not abiding by the ToS of the refund request once you had given me verification on your part that it was indeed a player mistake I then uploaded the evidence to the request which involved me into the refund request, a staff can always say "Well you can make a refund request..." It doesn't mean it'll be accepted or denied he's just saying you've always got the privilege to make one. This all being said I've posted and said everything I need for this refund request and will now be on my way.

You uploaded "evidence" of you stating a rule in the ToS that refers to server crashes or client crashes. My refund involves neither. The staff member said that he doesn't see why it wouldn't get accepted, so please refrain from posting anymore on my request until a staff member replies and asks for your input.

Just figured out you can wear the anon mask under the deadmau5 mask. I no longer want a refund!
