What happened: Me and my friend went to a talent show last night and when we were there we stored our firearms inside of my car. Halfway through my game crashed and we both lost our guns.

I can confirm this, I spoke to his friend in-game who also made a refund request here: https://monolithservers.com/forums/threads/refund-request.18236/ He let me know that he and his friend had been attending a talent show event hosted by Melody and lost items due to his vehicle despawning when he crashed.
