Refund request for my AK and stuff.

I lost my stuff by a RDM. made a report to an admin

@liled4 told me i could make a refund request.

Here what i lost: AK, kevlar vest+head and Large Medic pack.

Hope i could get my stuff back~!
(i can also provide video if the admin story isn't enough!)
