Refund request for my levels and items

Hi, today i decided to get on the server and noticed i lost all my levels and stuff.
I was level 20
and had 2 pistols and a machete in my inventory.
and lost 40k

Date and time of loss: Not sure but i know it was when the 2 day reset happened cause i logged in a day or two later knowing a i lost my stuff

What happened:
i lost my 20 levels 40k, 2 pistols in my inventory and a machete
What do you need refunded:
all my money levels and items
Evidence: check how many hours i have.
