Date and time of loss: 30-9-2017, Around 12pm
What happened: I just bought a Red Camo volvo station wagon because it was in sale for 8160. 30 minutes later i notice my mic wasnt working because i plugged my mic in after i started gmod so i restarded gmod and when i joined monolith my car was gone from the car list.

How much do you need refunded: Volvo Stationwagon
Evidence: None, I dont know if you guys have purchase logs if so that.

Rule number 3 states: You must provide valid evidence of your items. Statements from others is not valid evidence. This means you must get into the habit of taking screenshots of your inventory, purchases, etc. We do not keep logs for people to use as evidence for a refund request.
I can understand that it's frustrating what has happened, however in our experience a car wouldn't just disapear and without evidence we cannot refund you. Denied, unfortunately you do not meet the criteria we have been provided to accept refund requests. If you feel like this was an error, please contact a Server Director or a member of the Community Management team.
