[BWhat happened:[/B] I did a refund request along time ago and I couldn't get my cop rank back I am wondering if it got fix and if so can I get it back? I have links below proving that I sent in one and it got accepted and another one saying that I cant get my cop rank back and it will be fixed soon and I still haven't got my cop rank back to this day please help.

What do you need refunded: I need my Cop Level which is 11
