What happened: Was ran over by a taxi and cops thought I was involved in an incident in same area and took and destroyed my Chains Mask. Already talked to Friskie the admin he told me to make refund request to regain my item.

Yes this is what happened. It was on helluva sit. He was VDM'd and I talked to the taxi driver.
