Can only confirm the scar, kevlar and helmet, the lockpick and medkits. I had trouble looking through logs and couldn't see rifle ammo or the attachments. In terms of the headglitch, the video doesn't show clearly, but someone who you can only see the top of their head was shooting at them which resulted in their death.
