Can confirm everything listed above, situation was voided following a messy raid involving raiders boosting onto the roof. The counter raiders, in which @table was one of, were encouraged to do the same to obtain loot. The PD arrived shortly after but the raid was voided due to the several players boosting onto the roof and killing the occupants from the roof.
