I was killed while leaving Mechanic. The killing was invalid, and when it was time to get my items back, some of the things never spawned to my container.

3 Makarovs, 1 pair of zipties, 1 1911, 1 AR-15, 1 lockpick, Kevlar and Helmet, Holster
No real evadince other than the mod @Michael and logs

He was killed by a person for tapping into his tricycle on the highway - person was warned for the murder and Hazer should be refunded.
From logs this is what I could discern he had on him at the time:
