What happened: So I was going AFK for like 3 minutes to grab a drink, I come back and I am dead on the floor, some guy around me is speaking about how people cannot drive so I assumed it was VDM. I report a sit and the guy who killed me leaves once brought. Causing him to be banned.

What do you need refunded: 1 MR96, 3/4 Small Medkits (can't remember how many), 1 Kevlar and Helmet

I can confirm that @Alpha was standing on a sidewalk, the only way for a vehicle to hit him was to drive down the path from the other end due to benches being in the way, I tried to bring the medic inturn who hit him, once I brought them they left. As a result, we were not able to retrieve the items looted.

The items to be refunded are 1 MR96, 3 small medkits and 1 kevlar & helmet.
