What happened: I put 10 LR's on the monomarket and they glitched out

What do you need refunded: 10 LR's

I can confirm he lost those items, He tried to sell them on the monomarket but has he said they glitched out.
I have checked his bank, inventory and Monomarket. From what it looks like they just disappeared.
