Date and time of loss: 4/18/20, 7:08 PM - 7:34 PM, Gulf Standard Time.
What happened: I was stealing the mayor's vehicle, I crashed into a wall then I was shotted by a Government Offical while in 'Critical Condition'
As shown the Roleplay rules,

Law Enforcement can not use lethal force when in pursuit of a fleeing suspect unless your own or civilian lives are in imminent danger or all other attempts to stop the suspect had failed. You must be able to justify your actions if asked by a member of staff.

What do you need refunded: 1xGlock-17 (%96), 1xLockpick, Kevlar & Helmet ( Not quite too sure ).

I can confirm the glock and lockpick were lost and destroyed due to a rulebreak. No trace of kevlar in logs.
