What happened: we were doing a bank raid and we were about to lose so i surrendered and was spamming /yell i surrender and had my hands up in plain sight and a cop shot me but the cop could not see chat

Basically in this situation, Johnathan was robbing the bank and he surrendered with his hands up and yelling surrender. the person that shot him didnt see the surrender shouts, but he did see his hands up after he started firing.

I didnt void the death as I said that he would have lost his stuff anyways since the PD was overwhelming them and on top of that, its not a guarantee that he would have raided PD successfully. With that being said, I told him to take it to the forums for a RR and let an SA+ handle it from here.
