Date and time of loss: around 7Pm Est
What happened: A security guard went on duty during a bank raid and unlocked doors for cops and they were able to push office side and started using stairs it was killing us so i decided to flank and died but if he never unlocked the doors that would have never happend

What do you need refunded: vector kev and helm 15 smalls 2 large might have used some of the meds dont remember

@Johnathan Real I can confirm that due to a player going on Security Coordinator and unlocking all of the doors in the way of police, that you unfairly lost these items. As long as another staff member can confirm this, then I will accept this refund request.

Denied, unfortunately, you do not meet the criteria we have been provided to accept refund requests. If you feel like this was an error, please contact a Server Director or a member of the Community Management team. @TXNUKEDUDE was unable to confirm the story and looking through logs the individual in question joined Security before you started to damage players, which would indicate to me that you started a raid of the bank and he was Security beforehand.
