What happened: We started to raid bank the guy would not leave so we shot him, his friends ran out equipped and then came back in to shoot us. Countering our bank raid as civs

I can confirm that those items need to be refunded. The group was doing a bank raid as was ordering everyone out of the bank and one of people didn't listen and got shot. His friend went outside to equip a weapon and came back and killed them.
