@Ethann As a result of the mug that happened in front of supermarket, and the resulting death later on, I decided to void this situation. The players that broke the rule have already been dealt with. I approve the refund of the 4 stacks of coca leaves, 10 kerosene, 10 sulfuric acid, 10 drafting buckets, Kevlar and Helmet, 9 Small Medkits, and an Electric Stove.

No, that would only be the med kits and the kevlar, which I dealt with seperately. Everything else went in the evidence locker, and showing that he could raid the pd to get that stuff back is why he included everything else in this refund request.
