Date and time of loss (specify the timezone): This happened when I joined the server after the update that has just released.
What happened: I purchased a underglow probably and hour or so before server was shutting down. When I entered my garage to take it out I noticed that my underglow wasn't on my car also I went to the car workshop and It was saying that I had to purchase the glow on my car for $30,000. I assure you that I bought the underglow before the server updated.
What do you need refunded: $30,000, I purchased the green underglow.
Evidence: I didn't capture anything because I didn't have a reason to Instant Replay anything. But surely you can look through logs of what I have purchased.
