What happened:
I tried pulling my items out of my trunk and it deleted them.
then I called an admin for help and he tried pulling the remaining one out and it deleted it as well he can verify that the last one was deleted as well

I took the following items and they disappeared with no ability to be taken back, 1 stack of leaves. This stack was the only one left in the truck. So all items are valid and accounted for.
