We cannot determine that was metagaming, from Dezin's POV, he knew that Chad was in the driveway because he drove past him previously as he entered his garage. From that point, he saw that he had tickets and left the garage to go pay his tickets. He heard an M4 shot from the driveway to the garage, knowing that Chad was in there -- he turned around to check the area -- coming in contact with you and his friend laying there dead. From the evidence provided by Dezin, in addition to the fact that your video evidence does not have audio, this request is denied.
