What happened: Police had failed to value the hostages life, all the staff online at the time were police and could not take my ticket nor provide me permission for a refund request in-game. I filed a player report here, which was accepted, and have received permission from @Skojenmeister to create a refund request for my lost item.

What do you need refunded: M4 Carbine w/ an aimpoint sight.
Evidence: My weapon is shown in this video, which resulted in my player report.
