While he (@Maxim) did 'get to respond' by pulling a gun and engaging in a then handicapped fight. The player raiding him did not initiate at all, just shot first without a word. On top of that the player further went to LTARP multiple times after this raid and while being raided + combat deposited and was later permanently banned. Since he (Maxim) pulled the gun and did shoot back I'm not sure how it would apply but I still encouraged the refund request as it did seem unfair imo to be shot first without getting that chance to comply.

1x Electric Stove (Guy blew it up on purpose)
1x Mac 11
1x Kevlar + Helmet
