What happened: Couldn't pick up my weed out of my factory storage container during server restart. I called admins to see if they could grab it and they also couldn't so they said make a refund request.

I will only handle this once since it was a midday restart, but keep in mind next time the server hits the 5 minute mark during a restart, all transactions are locked.
