With that being said I will have to ahead and deny this request as that evidence of the items from you is required for us to accept a refund. In the future make sure you get a screenshot of your items when you have a chance so that you can provide it in future requests. One thing that most people do is take intermittent pictures and then upload the ones closest to the crash If one occurs.
