So let me explain this a bit more for whoever will handle this. We were responding to an active shooting, the shooting stopped and we saw a ford raptor driving away causing us to think it was the shooter so we opened fire. This in reality was not the shooter so it was just a misunderstanding so yes I can comfirm he lost the scar and the bag with the scar in it could not be found and according to logs nobody picked it up.
