Date and time of loss: last night around 2-3 am
What happened:me and around 5 people with aks honey badgers and mp5s had 3 mayors guards hostage and were planning to kill the mayor and when we had a honey badger to a cadet he decided to run forward and attack me with a batton causing a gunfight to start and me and my friend were killed well knocked out causing us to lose our aks honey badgers and heavy Kevlar I took it to a admin sit and a moderator killed smalley warned the cadet and told me to make a refund request to get my things back.

Okay so what happened in this situation is a cadet broke FearRP by running towards @moe lester 1456 with a baton out when Tom had a honey badger pointed at him. Now I wasn't there and I didn't see but when I brought the cadet into a sit he admitted to breaking FearRP which I then gave him a verbal warning seeing as he is a new player.

The problem here is that you started shooting out of nowhere and caused RDM. There was no threat to your life so I don't understand why you started to shoot. @moe lester 1456

we had 3 people down stairs 1 killed the mayor which caused them to call negotians off and shoot my group members down stairs so considering they were called off cause we killed the mayor I shot. @Lola Meid

also it got called over radio they had swat members ready outside to rush us and I said to them if there units aren't at hospital they would be called off. @Lola Meid so once my friend said on radio that he was shot I killed them.

The reason is still not valid for you to shoot someone who was not a thread. It's on the video clearly to see that you shot first without reason. Whatever they say on the radio is not a reason for you to shoot on a unarmed person. I know that the cadet broke fearrp, however you also broke a rule. What I'm going to do is refund you but you will receive a warning.
