The evidence you posted does not show enough for us to make a proper judgement call. We need to see what happened before you were VDMed. From the looks of it you have your gun out and for all we know you could have been shooting at the cop and he had no other choice but to run you over to spare his life. Do you see what I mean when I say we can't make a proper judgement call based off of such a short clip?

i'll check if I have a longer recording when I come home, but either way there would be no way possible their life was in immediate danger and he had other options of self defence since my gun was fully reloaded and it takes about 6 seconds to reload a mosin
