What happened: RDMed as I was writing a traffic ticket for Illegal tints on a gold skyline.

What happened: I was at a checkpoint to talk to my chief, but a non-broken car car was at the checkpoint asking for help for fixing his car, but there was no damage, as the jewlery store
was being robbed, I stayed at the checkpoint. I got Rdmed without warning as I wanted to clarify the car was not damage.
What do you need refunded: $5,600 is the refund amount from the 2 rdms and Clutch Master FTW told me to do this refunding to reclaim my money after we did the reports in game.
