Description of Bug / Suggestion:
  1. Pay for a vehicle repair with a mechanic on duty
  2. Mechanic quits job/leaves server
  3. Attempt to fix car again
There will be a warning of "You already paid for this vehicle to be repaired" and you will be unable to repair the car until it is respawned or a new mechanic goes on duty.
