The evidence pretty clears shows that the person in question has broken rules with obvious intent. The following rules are what have been broken:
FailRP x2,
RDM x1,
Breaking character x1,
Corruption x2,

FailRP, Corruption, and RDM rules were broken in both the first clip where the officer is seen to be helping the criminal by killing a fellow officer and obviously, not attending to the situation appropriately. The third clip shows the officer break FailRP, Breaking Character and Corruption rules once again by asking you to dance and pointing weapons randomly in people's faces plus speaking out of character while within roleplay. With all this information together, there appears to be an obvious sign of no intent to roleplay with continuous rules broken.

The user in question will be banned for 1 week for the rules broken, thank you for your report.
