I'd also like to add the reason I named this a report and not a ban request is because I don't think he should be ban. I think he should be talked to by staff so that hopefully he does not do this again.

i understand the fearRP alittle bit but i had now idea you couldnt run from a cop without a reason i was warned and baned for ten minutes by an admin after this so sorry and didnt no it wasnt against the rules

The player @im new has been given a verbal warning, I've spoken in-game to them just now and they admitted to their faults, personally, I do not believe the player should receive any punishment other than a verbal warning for now.
