Request reason: He was attempting to arrest a fellow friend of mine and I was waiting to see how it went down so I could prepare my client for court, I was waiting for him to be arrested and then this kid says "If you don't leave I'll arrest you for obstruction of justice" I then backed up a little to the point where I was out of the way and waited, The kid ran off and I sorta snickered and he got upset and charged at me with his baton I warned him multiple times to back off then pulled out a gun as he was constantly swinging at me, He then ran back a little then ran towards my gun which is Failure To Value life and FailRP since cadets are not prepared to deal with that type of situation nor are they supposed to, I then constantly backed away from him and the officer even said "Stop trying to arrest him", I warned him multiple times to stop before I pulled out my Degele and shot him down, I didn't finish him off so that the Police Seargent could deal with the situation when a medic arrived, He then started spamming on police radio music and I don't believe he was punished for this, I report him and had to wait so long eventually the troll disconnected and am now here.
When did the situation occur?:Right now is 9/9/2017 3:00PM Pacific Time Zone and it was around a hour or two ago.

Both officers agreed that he was a rouge police officer and even if I had pointed a gun at him (Which I didn't) he wouldn't of been able to charge me since that would've been FAILRP

The officer finished him off attempting to get him to stop mic spamming on the Police Radio.

Additional things: I will add this, I pulled out my gun for defense as other officers told him to stop already but I did not point it at him, I only pointed it at him at the very end when I gave him a HUGE amount of time to stop.
