i was fleeing and eluding because i made a false 911 report and the captain said "your going to be code red if you drive off" which i responded with thats not allowed. so i drive off while they shoot at me i run to layer 2 as cops were chasing me and the only way i can get them off me is to kill them so i returned fire back at the checkpoint which they won the fight and detained me i asked the sheriff why did i get shot at in town hall. The Sheriff responded with i dont know alos the Lt with him at the time. We waited for the police capt to be up from stabilized and he gave me this confession on video.
how does a Police Capt not know what code red is... everyone started to shoot at me because he told them to Kris jack is no capable of being a Police Capt as lower ranks and other people in general look up to him for order.
This always happens 1 person breaks a rule such as code red then everyone starts to join i see this constantly from combat healing to nlr there is almost no way of pin pointing the person who started everything. but i got lucky and got a statement from the police Cap him self
also for those that are going to freak about the "fear rp" he was behind the vehicle (jeep wrangler) which is very high up off the ground and has very small back windows
