OTHER INFO - I don't have any evidence but he has been minging a lot in the last few days aswell, as you can see by the other ban report on him.

This doesn't seem like he is minging, and otherwise I do not see any rules broken with him becoming a security officer to prevent the raid. Whether his intent was to raid it himself afterwards or just to clear it, I do not know. Also, a better option would be to simply call police.
