Evidence to support your claim:

I did my best to let misterlol know I was at work and unable to respond to the report and he acknowledged this with his reaction to my discord message. He then closed the report without my input in even less time than he originally gave despite the fact he knew I had yet to make my reply. I also believe 2 WP is an excessive punishment for what I believe to not be disrespectful at all as I did not insult Emmie, I only stated she has a lisp and it may hinder her journey to staff.

I acknowledge the fact that I was a bit too fast with processing the report and I wish to apologise for that. I shouldn’t have processed it so soon especially after acknowledging the fact that you would be replying to the report to defend yourself. I should waited the allowed time and I again apologise for that. I will try my utmost best that doesn’t happen again in the future.

Thank you for your report. After speaking to misterlol29 extensively, he agreed that he jumped the gun a bit on closing out the report without your input. We believe everyone deserves the chance to defend their actions. This being said, I don't want that to detract from the content of the report in question, but I do want to make it clear that you should have had a chance to speak. This will not be an issue in the future, as misterlol29 has recognized the error and has corrected.

As for the report itself, if you feel that it was excessive, feel free to make an appeal for your warning points.
